Fujiseiki Co., Ltd., was founded in 1958 and developed Japan’s first rice-ball making machine in 1970. Since then, Fujiseiki has continued striving to revolutionize food processing machinery and support equipment, such as robots for making packed lunches, sushi and noodle making machines, and hot rice dispenser units. With over 60 years of proven performance, Fujiseiki has delivered automation solutions to over 10,000 businesses and stores, developing over 250 machines, of which 70 models are currently available for purchase.
Since its founding, Fujiseiki has remained focused on designing and developing cutting-edge food processing technology to meet the ever-changing professional needs of the Japanese market.

1990. Bento Robot SCM –1800 wins the 1990 Nikkei Superior Product and Service Award
1994. IH (induction heating) fully automatic rice cooker released
1995 Contributed to the relief effort after the Great Hanshin Earthquake by distributing around 30,000 onigiri in the immediate aftermath of the disaster. IH fully automatic rice cooker wins the Medium and Small Business Research Institute award Hanjo Sushi Robot “Ai” is released, Patent No. 3192108
1998. Electronic measuring and shaping machine GF-1 released
